Free Shipping On Orders Of 100.00 Or More, Under 100.00 Shipping Is Just 9.00 For The US 48 Contiguous States For Most Items We Sell. Currently Only Roll Cages Are Not Included In The Free Shipping Program. AK. HI. And International Will Be Figured Separately And You Will Need To Authorize This Amount.
We ship from the closest warehouse to you. Often we will get a customer who needs a part the next day or in 2 days. We have saved our customers money in additional shipping charges because we have had their part only a day or 2 away. Not all parts are available from all warehouses however we do ship from the following states. CA, NV, AZ, OR, ID, CO, IL, IN, TX, TN, LA, FL, SC, PA.
Payment Methods:
We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover & American Express.
We also accept Money Orders & Personal Checks. Personal checks, cashiers checks and some money orders are subject to a 10 day waiting period to clear. We prefer a post office money order. These can be validated to be sure it is genuine.
Note On Pay-Pal:
Most PayPal orders are processed immediately however if you pay by a PayPal echeck it may have to clear before we can process your order. Some PayPal echecks are granted instant payment status and some are not. Those that are not will have to wait until it clears Pay-Pal, Usually 3 to 5 days.
Google Checkout:
Google Checkout is a new service by Google. This is a great new payment processing system which keeps you secure if you don't like the idea of using your credit card on line. We accept Google Checkout and it is integrated into our system. It cost nothing to use and it is fast and completely free to you.
Credit Card Orders:
Our system uses SSL security during the check out process to keep your information secure. SSL encrypts the information being sent from your computer to ours insuring anyone in between can't read it. Your information, name address credit car number etc. is only unencrypted after it is received by our system.
When do we charge your credit card?
When you order on line, our system only collects the information including your credit card information. Our system does not even authorize the card. We do not process it automatically.
We review every order for discrepancies including incompatible parts, poor choices, (IE 28" tires and wheels on a 350 ATV) making sure the product is in stock and other items of concern. If we have a problem with your order we will call you.
Only after we review your order, making sure we are ready to ship do we process your card.*
*Some exceptions apply: Custom Roll Cages, Rhino Body Kits etc.
Returns, General Policy:
eXtreme Outdoors (xopco) Has a 15 day satisfaction return policy. If you are not satisfied with a product please return it for refund. Refunds will be refunded 100% less any shipping charges incurred by us. Returns not issued a RMA 5 days after receiving will be charged a 20% restocking Fee. Returns must be received by us 10 business days after you receive it or it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be authorized and have have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) on the shipping box. Do not put RMA numbers directly on product packaging, but rather the shipping box itself.
All returns must be in new condition, unused and must contain all items including all product literature and documentation. Any return not meeting these requirements will be subject to refusal or a 20% restocking fee.
Correct electrical and special order items are not returnable unless part is defective. Defective electrical parts must be returned to the manufacture according to their warrantee.
Warrantee Returns:
All warrantees for defective products must be returned to the manufacture for repair or replacement. xopco does not warrantee any product it does not manufacture. We do however handle warrantees for many of the products we sell. Please call us for more information. We are committed to your satisfaction and will help you with any situation for your warrantee return. Even if a item is out of warrantee please call us. We have a lot of resources and can help with many products that should not of failed.
Note On Tires And Wheels. xopco guarantees that the wheels will be correct for your machine provided you gave us the correct information make model and year. Custom setups like wider offsets over stock, we guarantee the fit, but will not guarantee any damage that arises from use of such items.
Occasionally someone in the warehouse will pull the wrong wheel and it will not fit. This is our mistake and we will fix the error and pay for any shipping charges to correct that mistake. (See below, Returns due to our mistake)
xopco does not guarantee that tires will fit your ATV or they are suitable for your riding conditions. We are experts in tires and do offer advice however there are too many different ATV's to know fit for each and everyone. If you are unsure, stick with 26" or 27" tires to be sure. Fit and performance of the tires are the customers responsibility.
Core Returns:
All items returned for a core refund will be processed and refunded within two business days of receiving the item/s back. Cores must be in usable condition to be remanufactured. Cores that are damaged beyond repair will not be refunded. We will contact you if this arises.
Cores need to be reasonably clean of oil and or grease before returned. Any core not cleaned will be charged a 10.00 cleaning fee charged against the core refund.
Returns due to our mistake:
If a items arrives to you and it is not the correct part you ordered, we will replace that item. xopco will pay all shipping charges for the new item/s to be resent and the shipping charges for the item/s return. We will immediately ship out a replacement to customers who have paid by credit card and you agree you will return the incorrect items in new condition and that item/s return is guaranteed with your credit card. Failure to return incorrect items will be treated as fraud and by not returning the item/s you accept and agree to us charging your credit card for the item/s not returned.
Customers who pay by check, money orders Google Checkout or PayPal will have to either return the product before a shipment will be resent, or secure the return with a credit card.
Customer Satisfaction:
